Enjoy your drink at the Verandah, overlooking the beautiful gardens of Carcosa Seri Negara. At your own convenience, you and your partner may proceed to the indoor dining area, where a romantic table at a private corner of our restaurant awaits.

Our well-trained waiter/waitress will serve you and your partner while seated - and all you need to do is simply sit back, enjoy the moment and savour the 4 course French menu (or Malay set dinner menu) and the minute spent together indulging in this romantic experience.

• Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey in Filo Pastry with Asparagus, Frisee and Truffle Vinaigrette;
• Lobster Bisque;
• Australian Beef Tenderloin Slow Baked with Balsamic jus, Summer Vegetables; and
• Raspberry and Chocolate Souffle with Rose Water Milk Shake

Malay Menu :-

• Pan Fried Chicken Meat with Fresh Herbs, Grape Fruit, White Pear, Barley and Pegaga Jalapeno Sauce;
• Green Vegetables Soup with Spices;
• Marinated Salmon Fish with Tumeric and Salt Grilled served with Fresh local Herb and Coconut Sauce; and
• Cream Brulee with Green Tea Ice Cream

Your meal will be accompanied with corresponding wines for your menu (red and white) and mineral water TAU (French mineral water, sparking or still). Complete the gastronomical journey with our international coffee and tea specialties while being serenaded by our live piano music.
