A sanctuary built entirely over water, this one-of-a-kind resort offers not only outstanding diving trips but also, a truly unique floating accommodation experience. Beautifully constructed with Bajau architectural design, this resort is built on stilts made of Belian wood, laid in certain points so as to minimise damage to the existing reef. In its design, we have proudly achieved near utopia in its over-the-water layout and splendid water cottage accommodations with flowered sidewalks.
Although a paradise away from the city, your room is sure to be fully equipped with modern facilities such as below:

Staying around the beautiful Mabul Island and only a short distance away from Kapalai and Sipadan Island, you are sure to be in the jewel of the diving crown in Sabah. Due to the fact that the marine life found around Mabul Island varies greatly from that of Sipadan Island, combination of the two islands for diving make a diver's diving holiday more complete. Mabul and Kapalai is heaven for studying the micro aspects of marine life and guarantees hours of fascinating fish watching with ample opportunities for photography. At world-renowned Sipadan Island, divers will get the priceless experience to dive amongst the giants of sea and only within 20 minutes from the comforts of your resort.
With that, of course we would include your experience with 3 boat dives daily to the best diving spots – 1 dive per day to Mabul, Kapalai and Sipadan Island! What is more, you will also have unlimited Mabul house reef shore diving which is within the inbounds of the resort that is available from 7am – 6pm with weights, weight belt and tanks included.
A great diving experience would not be complete without a great guide, so not to worry! Here, our dive guides and instructors pride themselves on knowing the intricacies of their reefs and willing to share their macro subject secrets with anyone interested.
Your 4 days 3 Nights experience includes:
• 3 boat dives daily. One dive per day to Mabul Island, Kapalai and Sipadan Island. Boat dives are not allowed on departure day. Boat dives on arrival day will depend on the time you arrive.
• Unlimited Mabul house reef shore diving from 7am – 6pm which includes weight, weight belt and tanks. Unused portion of the dives is not refundable and not transferable
• Airport meeting services in Tawau Airport
• Return land transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna Jetty
• Return speedboat transfer from Semporna Jetty to the resort
• Water cottage accommodation with private sundeck
• Asian and Continental buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily. There will be BBQ every Friday night.

Note: Entering Sipadan Island (even for just diving and snorkelling) would require a permit due to conservation done by our Government. Therefore, we cannot guarantee boat trips to Sipadan Island because permits may not be approved on certain days if the quota is exceeded. Approvals are issued by the Sabah Park and they are only able to notify whether your permit is approved on the day of your arrival at the resort. Every approved permit will be charged RM 40.00 per person. The permit charges are not included in this experience.

To get to the resort: Tawau Airport – Semporna Jetty – Resort
After arriving at the Tawau Airport, the resort’s team will be there to meet you and take you to Semporna Jetty for your boat transfer to the resort. Semporna Jetty is a transit point for the resort’s passengers embarking or disembarking from boat transfers between mainland and the resort.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE!
If you’re flying in, please arrive in Tawau Airport before 2pm in order to catch the last boat transfer to the resort. This is because the arrivals after 2pm would be too late as it will be getting dark by the time for the boat transfer at Semporna Jetty which is not advisable for safety reasons.
Semporna Jetty to Sipadan Water Village Resort Boat Transfer Timetable:
• 1st Boat: 0845 - 0900 hrs
• 2nd Boat: 1145 - 1200 hrs
• Last Boat: 1530 hrs
Sipadan Water Village Resort – Semporna Jetty Boat Transfer Timetable. Please refer below so you are able to plan your schedule ahead for your departure day:
• 1st Boat: 0630 hrs
• 2nd Boat: 1100 hrs
• Last Boat: 1400 hrs
Diving: Dive centre also offers guided night dive in SWV house reef (Paradise 1 or 2) which is priced at RM50 each and is payable directly to the resort on the day. To participate in the night dive, one is required to have at least 50 logged dives with also, at least one night dive experience for Open Water Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver with certified night dive. Please be advised that our scuba tank is K-valve 12L aluminium tanks and we do not have NITROX facilities in our resort.
If you have, please bring your own diving equipment as this package does NOT include full diving gear. Full set rental is charged RM80 per day, inclusive of BCD, regulator, mask, snorkel, fins and booties and is payable directly to the resort on the day.

Wear whatever you please, you’re on an island holiday! For diving, please bring all necessary diving equipment. Diving equipment is also available for rental at the resort. Additional costs apply.
