Have you always wanted to do yoga but feel too demoralised and nowhere near disciplined enough to exercise regularly? Well this 4 class pass will ensure that you start allocating time for yourself. Have you always wanted to lose weight, tone your muscles, increase flexibility or increase your energy level?
This private one to one yoga lesson is perfect for you because you will not only have to make sure you practise yoga at least 4 times in a month but you will have the full attention of our yoga instructor on your techniques.
Before the start of the lesson, your yoga teacher will have a brief discussion with you on your objectives and type of yoga lessons you are interested in. You will be able to choose between Slimming Yoga, Back Pain Relief Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga and general yoga. As this is a private session, our yoga teacher will tailor the lessons according to your objectives and needs. Hence, this experience suits everyone – whether you are a beginner, experienced or in between.
Lessons can be conducted at the comfort of your house or at her studio at a time which is convenient to you. Yoga mat will only be provided if this experience is carried out in the yoga studio. For yoga classes conducted at the comfort of your own house – you will be required to have your own yoga mats.
Our certified yoga teacher is experienced in various types of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Karma and Swara and is also friendly and affable. We believe that you will leave the class feeling good, happy

This experience is open to anyone, regardless of age, flexibility, yoga experience and level of health. As this is a private session, instructor can tailor the lesson according to your needs - to lose weight, improve flexibility, tone body muscles, relax or increase energy level.
This experience is conducted indoors and is not affected by weather.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
This is a one-to-one session between you and your instructor.
The duration of all classes is 1 hour. This 4 class pass is valid for 1 month once activated.
Participants should be attired in loose comfortable clothes, t-shirt and shorts/long pants is ideal. This experience is done barefooted. Other items which we recommend to bring include: • a bottle of water • Small towel • Yoga Mat
This experience is conducted by a highly trained and certified yoga teacher.
