The concept of the restaurant is of a Speakeasy concept - a concept that was prominent in the United States during Prohibition period(1920-1933).

Your Menu :

1st Course

Fresh Canadian Oyster - served with pernod pickled fennel and moluga caviar 

Sydney Rock Oyster Shooter - drowned in basil infused very bloody Mary

2nd Course

Double boiled Chicken Consomme - served with prawn and scallop quenelle, enoki mushroom and tempura baby asparagus 

3rd Course

Home Tea Smoked Salmon - on boiled pink potatoes slices, Alaska crab creme fraiche, ikura pearls and organic petit sprouts 

4th Course 

Pan Seared Halibut - perched on rainbow zuchinni spaghetti, topped with spicy tomato and orange chutney, honey dew champagne nage and edible flowers 

OR 

Red Wine Braised Ribeye - on truffle scented mash, topped iwth seared foie gras, grenadine onion marmalade and merlot glace 

5th Course 

Chocolate Rose - with passion fruit and lime infused honey dew 

And of course, with a one bubbly cocktail each
