What are the differences between Experience Vouchers & Range Vouchers?
Experience vouchers will be an excellent choice if you know exactly what experience to purchase. Simply look for the experience via the categories or use our search function to search for the experience that you want. An experience voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You will choose the experience for the recipient.
Range Vouchers are available in a range of different denominations. Our range vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Range vouchers will be ideal if you do not wish the recipient to know the value of the gift. The recipient will choose the experience they want from a list of pre-selected experiences based on the value of their range voucher.
I need to extend the validity of my voucher as I do not have the time to do the experience within the stipulated period. Can I do that and how should I go about it?
Sure, we do allow our clients to extend the validity of their voucher and if they are unable to do the experience within the 6 months( before the expiration date of the voucher), but you must notify us via writing (email: email@example.com) or contact our Pleasure Team at +603 - 2093 5973 two weeks prior to the expiration date of your voucher. Your voucher will be extended for another month from the date of expiration. Please note that extending the validity of your voucher do attract administration fee of RM 10.
I received an experience voucher/range voucher six months ago and I have totally forgotten about it until today. It is however, way past its expiration date. What should I do? Can I still redeem the voucher?
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us within 30 days of its expiry, we can extend it for an administration fee of RM 25 for one month extension.
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher, we will not be able to extend the voucher under any circumstances. Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part.
I do not like the experience given to me, and I have exchanged them into credits which are reflected in my account. Is there a expiration date to the credits?
Yes, there is an expiration date to your credits and the credits will have the same expiration date as per your given initial voucher. So if your given voucher expires on 1st Jan 2015, and you have exchanged them for credits, these credits will also expire on 1st Jan 2015. Should you wish to redeem the credits for another experience, the experience must be carried out before or by 1st Jan 2015.
