I would like to buy an experience voucher/range voucher. What are the payment options?

We have two payment options. We accept both online (Credit card, online bank transfer) and offline payment (cheque, money order, bank deposit).

Make your cheque or money order payable to “RedRibbon Experiences Sdn Bhd.” and send to RedRibbon Experiences Sdn Bhd, Menara TSH, Level 7, 8 Jalan Semantan, 50490 Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with the appropriate payment and full contact details. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until full payment has been received.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express/Diners/PayPal at this stage.

*Please note that online payment via credit card will incur a 4% transaction fee in addition to the total amount of your order.

I never buy anything online before. How can I trust that it is safe for me to provide my credit card details over your website?

I do not have credit card and I do not have online banking. Can I pay via cheque or money order for my purchases?
