What are the advantages of buying an experience through RedRibbon Days?

We have over hundreds of carefully selected hand-picked gifts and experiences that you need to find the perfect memorable gift for anyone and for any occasion. Our vouchers are fully flexible so the recipient of the voucher can easily choose an ideal gift for themselves! Our vouchers are delivered in a way that they are beautifully packaged and you can even personalised it with your own special message.

How do I know if my requested date are confirmed?

Once you activated your voucher, we will contact the supplier and confirm the dates on your behalf. You will hear from us within the next 48 hours(working days) to confirm the dates you requested.

The email sent will be subjected as “Confirmation of your requested date”.

Will I know who are the supplier of the experience I purchased?

Supplier details will be given to you - on the screen and email - once you activate your voucher.

Can I exchange my experience?

If you receive a voucher for a specific experience that does not appeal to you, we can exchange your voucher for another experience of equal value while your voucher is valid.

Kindly contact our Pleasure Team on +603- 2093 5973 quoting your voucher number and the experience code you wish to change to.

Note: Vouchers can be exchanged for an alternative experience (once only) free of charge within the validity periods. Subsequent changes will incur and administration fee of RM 10 per voucher. Exchanges are not permitted once a voucher has been activated (i.e. date chosen).

I received an experience voucher, but I do not have the time to use it. I am thinking of giving the experience to a friend. Is that possible?

RedRibbon Days vouchers are completely transferable prior to activation. You can give it someone else and they can use it as their own immediately. You must however notify our Pleasure Team of your intention to do so. If you would like to change the recipient’s name and message on the voucher, kindly contact our Pleasure Team at +603- 2093 5973 There will be additional charges if you would like us to issue you a new voucher.

Note : Once the experience voucher has been activated and the date of the experience has been confirmed in the RedRibbon Days system by the supplier, your voucher cannot be transferred to another recipient.

I tried to purchase an experience voucher from RedRibbon Days website but I have some problems with the booking.
