Participant Guidelines

• Our spa caters for both male and female
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier prior to booking time to avoid reduced treatment times. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. • Any request for rescheduling must be made at least 2 working days prior to appointment
• No booking cancellations and voucher exchange are allowed upon confirmation of booking and last minute reschedules or cancellations ("no-show") will result in your voucher being void and you will no longer be able to reschedule.
• If you are pregnant, you may wish to avoid treatments that involve the use of essential oils. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical complications, w advise that you consult your doctor prior to booking. Please inform your massage therapist of any medical conditions before you begin your treatment.

Availability

We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance. Please note that weekends are usually a busier period so it will be best to book earlier than indicated.

We are open daily from 10am to 10pm
