In compliance with standard aviation regulations, restrictions may apply to passengers who are pregnant or suffering medical conditions such as breathing difficulties or heart problems.
Flights are subject to aircraft availability at the time of reservation. Cancellation between 72 and 12 hours of helicopter departure will be treated as no shows and cannot be rescheduled.
Helicopter flights are affected by weather. In the event of bad weather, the flight will be rescheduled to a later date.
We recommend booking (upon activation of voucher) at least 2 weeks in advance. Flights are available daily from 9am to 5pm (The Malaysian Dept of Civil Aviation does not allow any helicraft flights after sunset)

Comfortable clothing and shoes are highly recommended for easy access in and out of the aircraft. A pair of sunglasses might come in handy and don’t forget the camera!
We can cater for a maximum of 3 persons per ride and for longer flight time.
