In compliance with standard aviation regulations, restrictions may apply to passengers who are pregnant or suffering medical conditions such as breathing difficulties or heart problems.
Flights are subject to aircraft availability at the time of reservation. Cancellation between 72 and 12 hours of helicopter departure will be treated as no shows and cannot be rescheduled.
You will be required to sign an ATR (Air Transport Request) before any flight. All our aircraft are fully insured as we have the license to fly commercially.
Helicopter flights are affected by weather. In the event of bad weather, the flight will be rescheduled to a later date.
Carcosa Seri Negara's Traditional English Afternoon Tea is available from 3pm to 6pm daily. Helicopter flights are available daily from 9am to 5pm. We recommend to begin your flight at 2.30pm.
We recommend booking (upon activation of voucher) at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid dissapointment.
