Discover the thrill of soaring in the air in a way like no other! This paramotor adventure is completely different to any flying escapade you have experienced before. The time is now for you to experience the excitement of taking the sky to uncover one of the best forms of flying. Paramotoring, which is also known as “Powered Paragliding” combines motor, propeller, harness and seat, all strapped to a paragliding wing which will help lift you up in air. This experience is suitable for beginners as you will be flying tandem, together with an instructor.
Your paramotor adventure begins with an on-ground pre-flight briefing. Your instructor will explain the aircraft controls and explain the fundamentals of piloting a paramotor. You will then proceed to do pre-flight checks and once that’s complete, it’s time to strap in for take-off from the island’s (Pulau Indah) beachside.
Once in the air you can take in the beautiful views of the surrounding areas which are set amidst lush greenery and the straits of Malacca. You will also be able to have a bird’s eye view of the rustic and laidback charms of Malaysia’s typical villages. The island is also the location of a port and cruise terminal, so you’ll also be able to catch sight of the different types of boats and ships and if you’re lucky, you’ll also get to catch a glimpse of the famous Star Cruise boat docking at the port.
The paramotor can fly up to about 3000 to 4000 feet up in the air, so you can imagine the views within this height! This experience is inclusive of 2 ‘sorties’ which is a sports aviation term for one paramotor flying session which includes one take-off, 30 minutes of flying time and one landing exercise. Will waiting for good wind conditions for your take-offs, it is recommended that you bring along a picnic basket or packed lunch as you can still enjoy the pristine surroundings of the island on ground. Not only is this a thrilling flying experience, it’s a great chance to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This package does not include transportation and customers are required to self-drive. Directions will be provided upon activation of voucher.

There is no age limit to this experience. However, there is a minimum weight requirement of 45 kilograms and a maximum weight requirement of 90 kilograms per participant.
Participants must also be in good health condition and do not suffer from heart conditions or back problems.
Participants will have to sign a liability release form/indemnity form prior to participating in this experience.
Tandem paramotor is largely dependable on the local weather conditions. During strong winds and lightning, activities are put on hold. If in any case your experience is cancelled due to bad weather, we will reschedule your fly to a later date.
This experience is only available on Saturday and Sunday.
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. Please be advised that we require at least 1 week notice should you need to cancel or re-schedule.
There is no minimum pax.
Experience begins in the morning at 8am and may end until late in the evening at 6pm, depending on wind conditions. Your experience may end early if wind conditions are good.
All participants are advised to wear comfortable and unrestrictive clothing (i.e.: shorts, tracks, jeans, T-shirt, etc.). We also highly recommend sports shoes. Stilettos and dangling jewellery are not encouraged. Open toe shoes are strongly discouraged as they may fall out during the activity.
This experience is operated under the auspices of international safety standards and equipments have thorough standard operating procedures as well as carried out by trained pilots.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided, however, it is highly recommended that you bring along a picnic basket or packed lunch.
