Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information
- Response to enquiries, requests about products and services (email and phone calls)
- Communicate clearly to customer about company's product and services adequately and promptly
- Research and hunt for new experiences
- Handle complaints professionally and articulately
- Handle customers bookings
- Liaise with business partners and maintain good relationship
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): customer service and relationship management, communication skill, computer literate, internet savvy, social media, Excellent Research Skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights.
- Full-Time positions
