Our restaurant exudes the splendour of an ancient royal palace found in Vietnam. From its fully imported interior decorations and royal architecture to its exotic and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this dining experience is fit to serve royalty.
Here you will find the best cuisine of Vietnam’s 3 regions, namely specialties found in Hanoi (North Vietnam), Hue (Central Vietnam) and Saigon or Ho Chi Minh City (South Vietnam).
This experience allows you to feast on any food and beverage items from the ala carte menu worth up to the voucher amount. You will be able to enjoy a 3 course authentic Vietnamese dinner or lunch and experience the imperial cuisine of old Vietnam.
Our specialty is in authentic Vietnamese seafood, which includes crabs, shell fish, squid and clams prepared in various styles by 5 master chefs from Vietname, each specialising in a particular region’s cuisine and using the finest exotic spices imported from Vietnam.
Recommended dishes include the “BANH HUE THAP CAM” which features an assortment of HUE delicacies on a platter, our special steamed crab, tiger prawns and lotus salad with baby lobster. To complete the gastronomic experience, an order of “COM RUOU” (Glutinous Rice Brew) for dessert and our special Vietnamese drip coffee is a must!
