This special one-day Advance & Defensive Driving Course is a practical course of about 7 hours of hands-on training on a specially set up track. So you and your partner want to learn how to dance? Our studio specialised in Latin Dance Sport, among many other type of dances. Dancing is fun, a great social activity and keeps you fit. It is never too late to start dancing – as long as the passion is there! This beginner Latin Dance Sport package will have you and your partner dancing like professional on the dance floor in no time.

This beginner’s class package includes 4 x 1 hour lessons, conducted in a group of minimum of 10 people. During your first dance class, you will learn the basics of the dance, the steps and movement. Your friendly and professional instructor will make sure you and your partner are totally relaxed during the lesson.

Latin dance sport is a competitive form of Ballroom Dancing which has been recognized by the International Olympic Council as a sport and is to be included in the Olympic Games as an event in the near future. It is also still widely danced in many social gatherings all around the world. Dancesport consists of two distinct styles - Standard, which includes five distinct yet complimentary dances. These are the Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz; Latin, which also includes five distinct but also complimentary dances. These are the Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive.

At the end of the course, you will learn the basic steps that will be great to have in any social function; you’ll also be taught simple partnering skills. For those who wish to explore further into Latin Sport Dance, we also have choreography classes where you can explore various choreography styles with a group of dancers - extremely useful to distinguish your dancing actions. Not limited to that, we also have technique classes that will delve into a series of lessons on anatomy and understanding of the body as an instrument as well as how to apply this knowledge in your dancing to improve speed, strength, agility, and presentation.
