We know how your hair is very precious to you. So not too worry, your hair is in the good hands our resident Creative Director, Matthew Mack. A former Creative Technical Director of the award winning Toni & Guy Europe team, he will give you a style that fits your lifestyle and personality demands.
Besides being one of London’s top 3 colourists and winner of several competitions around the globe, Matthew has appeared on English TV, radio, newspapers and has also been educating hairdressers and giving expert advice at seminars around the world. Therefore, with his experience, you can expect his seasoned hands to provide you with the highest standards in hair styling!
Apart from being a hair salon that offers the best in technical and cutting services, our salon is also a visual feast! Quintessentially English, clients can be treated to a friendly and relaxing experience in an elegant ambiance.
Everybody loves a hair makeover, especially when it is done by our team of professionals who are passionate about hair. But don’t take our word for it; let your new hair speak for itself!
This experience includes a cut and blow as well as full colour service (fashion colour/highlights/colour change) with Matthew Mack and even a complimentary hair treatment worth RM200 exclusively only for RedRibbon Days customers.

We recommend booking at least 4 days in advance. We are open from 10.00am to 9.00pm daily. We only close 2 days in the year (1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year).

Duration of Experience
A hair transformation may take up to 4 hours or more and this highly depends on each individual’s style. If you’re feeling hungry along the way, we are also able to help fetch your lunch should you wish to grab a bite while waiting to have your colour processed. Additional costs apply and is payable directly to the salon on the day.
